While this will remain a work in progress, this should be taken as a suggestion on how to conduct ourselves.
Side Note: Honestly it's a game, so do what ever the hell you want, it's your $15 a month, who am I to tell you how how you should be playing a game I'm not paying for. That being said, don't be surprised to get podded by you corp mates if you are the harbinger, or cause of a war dec.
1. Respect corp mate
2. Play fair & share
3. DON'T TALK SHIT
4. Pirate at your own risk
5. Have fun
6. Post all Killmails & Owned mails (Losses)
7 .Honor the 1 vs. 1 fight
1. Respect your corp mates - name calling, harassment, threats and any other general actions that create an unpleasant playing experience isn't cool. 2. Mom said share - unless you are solo on a mission, fleet opt or whatever, if another corp mate was kind enough to help you, make sure you're not a greedy little financial piggy (see Fanny & Freddy Mac). Split loot, tell agents that fleet mates helped you. Talking with pilots you've never done a mission withbefore, it's doesn't hurt to ask about how to split loot and salvage. 3. DON'T TALK SHIT IN LOCAL - or private convo for that matter, with war targets can flippers, pirates and general in game jackasses. Most pilots who grief, pirate or do other forms of jackassery, are compensating for a pitiful IRL exsistance. Cursing them in local will only make them happy. Acting civilized, and sure of yourself even as you sit in a pod is a great way to give them an internet middle finger. Even if you are pounding your fists on your desk. Best way to piss these type of player off is to play your game face not their game. Here's some ideas;
-get can fliped, just be like oh well, looks like I'll start a another can, chance are they will leave as they want an easy target, plus, they can't carry your ore in a pvp ship no matter how hard they try.
-pirates got you scrambled on a low sec missions? - start fighting, when they ask for a ransom, try to take at least one of their ships out first, then self destruct if you can't get away. They don't get a kill mail and if your lucky you at least get to keep your pod. 4. To Pirate or not to Pirate? - I have no stance on whether you pirate while in the corp. I do have a stance on getting war dec'd if your noob ass pirates the wrong corp or alliance. Basically if you need the money let me know, if you want to pirate, I know some corps with former 22nd pilots you can join up with, ask and I'll give you a reference. If we get dec, don't be surprised if your own corp mates pod you. 5. have FUN - this should be #1, if you aren't having fun, then either EVE is losing it's edge in the game world or the corp isn't living up to what you want. I told everybody that a great part about joining now was we're still new and you can help with the corp direction. If we get up to 100 pilots, it might not be so easy to suggest things to influence the corps goals. So if you aren't having fun talk to me, I'm bigg enough to say that it's my fault sometimes. 6.Post all Killmails & Owned mails (Losses) - If you don't I will. The corp window lists all kills & losses even if you don't. I check it weekly. 7.Honor the 1 vs. 1 fight - if you get challenged or challenge someone to a 1 vs. 1, fleet up in hi sec with your opponent, drop a jet can and settle it like men. If you're in low sec, anything goes.
